High Recovery RO System
Conventional RO systems typically achieve a recovery rate of just 60%- 80%, thereby leaving a good amount of the waste/reject stream as concentrated saline reject (Brine), which must be treated across a Multi Effect Evaporator ( MEE ) that is both CAPEX & OPEX intensive with operational challenges as well.
There have been increased focus on higher recovery technologies for more efficient operations, and in this pursuit, MWT&S has come out with its innovative and advanced ‘Ultra High Recovery RO System’.
Besides 90%++ consistent recovery that’s achieved across a single stage, MWT&S’ ‘Ultra High Recovery RO’ also eliminates intermittent Chemical treatment blocks which is required in the conventional tertiary RO case.
Most importantly this can be achieved with the conventional and time-tested RO membranes and not any special high-cost competing technology nor specialty membranes.
MWTS can also offer Pilot skid of ‘Ultra High Recovery RO system’ to its clients. This ‘Plug and Play’ pilot skid can double up as a full fledged treatment plant as well after its trial run and doesn’t require any special scale -up.
The entire skid can be housed in a HQ 40 feet container, thereby compact and easy to transport as well.
